Time to Tear Up Traditional Career Frameworks

The idea of the climbing the corporate ladder is entrenched in business history and culture. Although that history doesn’t relate who first coined the phrase, the idea that, if an employee wants to be successful, he or she has to grind away at promotion after promotion is still behind the late nights and early starts of many.
